Declaration on the Implementation of New Standards

Thank you for your continued trust and support of our products! According to the joint announcement issued by the National Health Commission and the State Administration for Market Regulation, GB 7718-2025 "General Rules for Labeling of Prepackaged Foods", GB 28050-2025 "General Rules for Nutrition Labeling of Prepackaged Foods" and the "Administrative Measures for Food Labeling" were officially released on March 16, 2025, and will be fully implemented from March 16, 2027. These standards and measures set new requirements for the labeling of prepackaged foods, the marking of nutritional information, and the management of food labeling, aiming to further protect consumers' right to know and right to choose, and to improve the level of food safety assurance. Meanwhile, according to relevant regulations, products manufactured before the implementation of the new standards that meet the original standards can continue to be sold within their shelf life.

In order to actively respond to national food safety standards, effectively protect consumer rights, and practice sustainable development to reduce waste of packaging materials, our company has formulated and implemented the following measures with a rigorous and responsible attitude:

1. 1.Scientific planning and orderly progress

Effective immediately, our company will develop a scientific and reasonable label update plan based on product packaging inventory and production plans. During the two-year transition period before March 16, 2027, we will steadily complete the design of the new labels and the replacement of packaging to ensure a smooth transition between the old and new standards.

   2.Both new and old products coexist, with consistent quality.

During the transition period and for some time after the implementation of the new standards, the market may see the same product with both old and new packaging. Please rest assured that products with old packaging are manufactured in strict accordance with the original national standards (GB 7718-2011 and GB 28050-2011) and related regulations, while products with new packaging fully comply with the new standards and regulations. Regardless of the packaging, product quality and safety remain consistent, and both comply with national laws and regulations.

   3.Uphold commitments and safeguard rights.

During the transition period, regardless of whether products use new or old packaging, our company will ensure that the product label information is true, accurate, and complies with the requirements of the corresponding national standards. If any disputes arise due to product labeling or quality issues, our company will proactively assume corresponding responsibility, handle the matter properly in accordance with the law, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
