Declaration on the Implementation of the New National Standard for Food Labeling

According to the joint announcement released by the National Health Commission and the State Administration for Market Regulation, GB 7718-2025 "General Rules for Labeling Prepackaged Foods", GB 28050-2025 "General Rules for Nutrition Labeling of Prepackaged Foods", and "Measures for the Administration of Food Labeling" have been officially released on March 16, 2025, and will be fully implemented from March 16, 2027. These standards and methods have put forward new requirements for pre packaged food labeling standards, nutrition labeling, and food labeling management, aiming to further protect consumers' right to know and choose, and enhance the level of food safety assurance. According to relevant regulations, products produced before the implementation of the new standard and meeting the original standard can continue to be sold during the shelf life.

In order to actively respond to the requirements of national food safety standards, effectively protect consumer rights, and practice the concept of sustainable development to reduce packaging resource waste, our company adheres to a rigorous and responsible attitude and has formulated and implemented the following measures:

1，Scientific planning and orderly promotion

Starting today, our company will develop a scientifically reasonable label update plan based on the inventory of product packaging materials and production plans. During the two-year transition period before March 16, 2027, steadily complete the design of new labels and packaging replacement work to ensure a smooth transition from old to new standards.

2，Coexistence of old and new, with consistent quality

During the transition period and the period after the implementation of the new standards, there may be a situation where the same product has both new and old packaging in the market. Please rest assured that old packaging products are strictly produced in accordance with the original national standards (GB 7718-2011 and GB 28050-2011) and relevant regulations, while new packaging products are fully implemented according to the new standards and methods. Regardless of whether the packaging is old or new, the product quality and safety remain consistent, and both comply with national laws and regulations.

3，Adhere to commitments and safeguard rights and interests

During the transition period, regardless of whether the product adopts new or old packaging, our company ensures that the product label information is true, accurate, and meets the requirements of the corresponding version of national standards. If any disputes arise due to product labeling or quality issues, our company will proactively assume corresponding responsibilities, handle them properly in accordance with the law, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
